Never think its too late to learn a new trick.
A recent study in the Journal of Geriatric Physical Therapy found that 24 salsa dancing sessions over the course of twelve weeks improved a patient's range of motion, balance, walking speed, and decreased her fall risk despite her being 84 years old with dementia and multiple other medical conditions.
Get out there and dance....hey its fun too
