Dealing with chronic low back pain?

A recent study in the Journal of Physical Therapy found that 12 sessions of modified pilates based physical therapy exercises over a 6 week time frame resulted in less back pain and less disability.
The study also found that working one on one with a therapist was more beneficial than receiving a pamphlet and 'doing it yourself'.
